Which areas do you cover?
We work across the United Kingdom from our home in the Cotswolds, including Oxford, Oxfordshire and London. Tell us where your property is and we will confirm how we can look after it.
Will we have the same housekeepers each time?
Yes. Each client has a dedicated team and a named account manager, so your property is always looked after by people who know it.
Are your team insured and vetted?
All housekeepers are vetted and trained, and we hold £2,000,000 public liability insurance. We are a corporate member of the BICSc.
How is the service invoiced?
Monthly in arrears, with a clear breakdown of visits and any additional work.
